Better Butter

BETTER BUTTER (version 1)
4 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
2 cups extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons flaxseed oil (do not use flaxseed oil if you are going to heat the Better Butter)

BETTER BUTTER (version 2)
4 cups butter, softened
4 cups canola oil
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup water

BETTER BUTTER (version 3)
1 pound butter, softened
1 cup Safflower oil
1 tablespoon liquid lecithin (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 400 IU Vitamin E

BETTER BUTTER (version 4)
1 pound of butter, softened
2 cups canola oil
2 tsp liquid lecithin
4 Tbsp flaxseed oil (do not use flaxseed oil if you are going to heat the better butter)

BETTER BUTTER (version 5)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, very soft
1/2 cup canola oil (safflower oil may also be used)
1 Tablespoon liquid lecithin
