We have been eating very simply around here (except for the blessing of some fresh food and treats we got as a gift from the L-rd via some special friends).
Here is some of what the family has been eating lately:

~Eggs in a Basket
(my whole wheat bread with the centers cut out, cooked in butter in a pan and an organic egg cooked in the middle.) Esther Ruth mostly prepares this meal. She is 8.
~Whole wheat pasta with Parmesan, butter and minced garlic
~Natural beef hot dogs on homemade whole wheat buns
Organic maple baked beans
Oven fries
Organic baby carrots
~Trish’s Green Pizza Crust Pizzas (made with spinach) with various toppings (whatever we had on hand)
~Split Pea Soup made in the rice cooker
~Brown rice and peas made in the rice cooker
~Roasted wild Alaskan salmon fillets
(from the freezer, bought in bulk at lower price)
~Flax Sandwich Buns
(using all flax instead of eggs)
~Trish’s Muffins
(Carrot Cake version and Chocolate Chip version)
~Homemade Whole Wheat Bagels
~Baked Oatmeal
~Salmon Salad with canned wild salmon
~Stuffed Laced Loaves with natural turkey and cheese
~Whole Wheat Danish
~Salads and veggies as we have on hand.
