In my upcoming Baking With Whole Grains class, I am making some of these
Laced Loaves. We enjoyed them last night. They taste as good as they look. Use your imagination for varied fillings. Anything you can put on a sandwich, try stuffing it into a loaf!
Turkey Reuben Loaf
Horseradish brown mustard, natural sliced turkey, organic naturally-fermented sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Egg wash and caraway seeds on top.
White Pizza Loaf
Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Mozzarella cheese. Egg wash and shaved Parmesan cheese on top.
Tostada Loaf
Refried beans, salsa, cream cheese, cheddar cheese. Egg wash and cheddar on top.
