Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken
You won’t believe this recipe. Seriously.
5 pounds of chicken thighs or chicken parts or whole chicken
2 bottles of soy-free, Coconut Aminos Teriyaki Sauce (CO522) *more to taste
Use less for smaller amounts of chicken

Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour on terriyaki sauce. Cover and cook on LOW until chicken is done. The sauce will mix with the chicken juices to create a delicious “gravy.” Add salt, pepper and / or more terriyaki to taste. Drizzle gravy over meat and potatoes before serving.

Mashed Potatoes
10 pounds of organic Yukon Gold potatoes (QP158) *skin on
Organic cream cheese (CH114)
Homemade almond or cashew milk, or dairy milk
Organic butter (DP051)
Salt

Scrub potatoes, boil until soft, drain. Mash with butter, cream cheese, salt and milk until desired consistency and taste.

Roasted Broccoli
5 pounds frozen organic broccoli (FG168)
Organic extra virgin olive oil (OL084)
Real Salt (BP062)
Non-stick liquid

Preheat oven to 450. In 3 large roasting pans (I use lasagna pans) spread non-stick evenly over inside bottom surface. Divide the broccoli between the 3 pans, lightly drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Roast 30 minutes or so (stirring several times and rotating pans in the oven) or until the broccoli is brown and caramelized.

Non-Stick Liquid
Organic extra virgin olive oil
Sunflower lecithin (soy-free, nonGMO) ( NS39)

In a large drip bottle or container, mix 3 parts olive oil to 1 part lecithin and shake or stir to mix well. Shake or stir before each use. Use instead of non-stick sprays or oil alone to bake, roast etc. to keep food from sticking. Store in cool, dry place, covered.
