- 1 Tablespoon molasses or honey
- 1 Tablespoon butter or extra virgin olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 Tablespoon dry milk powder (instant or non-instant)
- 2 teaspoons vital gluten
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order according to the manufacturer’s directions. Set on whole wheat cycle, light crust.
